Meetings

The dates of the Parish Council meetings in 2026 are listed below. All meetings take place at 7.30pm (except the Annual Parish Assembly which will start at 6.30pm) at Barnham Broom Village Hall, Norwich Road, Barnham Broom, NR9 4BU (what three words: ///bogus.bikes.ramp).

Agendas will be published three clear days before the meeting on both the website and the village noticeboard at the Post Office. The minutes become final once they have been approved at the next Council meeting.

The press and public are welcome to attend Council meetings. Members of the public cannot participate in discussions on agenda items without approval from the Chair, however there is always an item for members of the public at each meeting for them to discuss their views on matters directly related to the Parish Council.

Actions cannot be taken on matters raised by the public, unless relating to an Agenda Item. Should the council consider any items raised require further discussion, or action, the matter will be tabled as a formal agenda item for the next Parish Council meeting. If there is an issue you would like the Parish Council to consider, please contact the Parish Clerk in the first instance, at least 14 days before the next meeting.
